He has over 18 year’s experience in the recording/telecommunications industry where he has managed the development of recording technology products that have focused on all aspects including voice and screen recording, quality monitoring and reporting, telephony integration, PCI and speech analytics. Julian’s considerable telephony integration know-how and experience has greatly contributed to the development of the Cloud9 solution’s usability platform.
