With over 20 years’ call recording technology experience working with industry pioneers like Eyretel and Mercom Systems, Jeremy leads the presales, implementation and training for Cloud9 into both end-users and the channel. He is experienced in both Consultancy and Programme delivery focusing on strategy, business requirements validation, procurement and the associated areas solution & service design and delivery across Telecomms and IT related services. Tony has experience in enterprise, hosted, cloud and SaaS based models and has a successful track record in designing and delivering complex outsourced and managed Contact Centre services including Workforce Optimisation and Systems Integration. Keir Woolhouse

Keir-Woolhouse-180Keir Woolhouse joined Cloud9 in 2014 as Sales Director. He brings a wealth of contact centre industry customer management experience having held senior positions with BT, AT&T, customer management consultancy CM Insight and GMT, a niche provider of Workforce Management solutions, both of the latter later acquired by Verint and a numerous contact centre outsourcers. Keir was most recently Director of Sales for a global provider of enterprise performance optimisation software.

Keir lives in The Midlands with his wife and two daughters and, in his leisure time, enjoys the great outdoors. More >
