When Arun District Council decided to review its call recording requirements, it needed a solution that could help meet PCI-DSS regulations as well as monitor, measure and improve agent and business performance

Cost was a factor and Cloud9’s unique SaaS solution meant that after the initial investment in professional services the council was only paying a monthly charge based on usage. From discussions with the council the entire PCI Compliance process had to be automatic and not require agent intervention. As well as ensuring that calls were compliant, the recording of the agent screens to meet PCI-DSS Compliance regulations also had to be considered.
