Keir Woolhouse joined Cloud9 in 2014 as Sales Director. He brings a wealth of contact centre industry customer management experience having held senior positions with BT, AT&T, customer management consultancy CM Insight and GMT, a niche provider of Workforce Management solutions, both of the latter later acquired by Verint and a numerous contact centre outsourcers. Keir was most recently Director of Sales for a global provider of enterprise performance optimisation software.

Keir lives in The Midlands with his wife and two daughters and, in his leisure time, enjoys the great outdoors.
