Connect your pager to Microsoft Teams

Communicate with IP Speakers and IP Paging Adapters using Microsoft Teams.

Public Address solutions for IP devices

IP Paging systems make it easy to address and inform people in buildings and open spaces either through live PA announcements or pre-recorded audio messages. When integrated with CyberGate you can use Microsoft Teams for the same purpose. In addition to mono-directional audio broadcasts, CyberGate supports two-way audio conversations if the IP Speaker has an integrated microphone. Two-way communications gives you both the power to inform an to be informed.

How it works

Connect your IP Speaker or IP Pager to Microsoft Teams.

IP Speakers

Connect individual IP Speakers (devices), and address a device from the Teams Desktop client, Teams compatible desk phone, or Teams Smartphone app. Requires 1 (one) CyberGate subscription per IP Speaker device.

IP Paging Adapter

Use CyberGate for hybrid Paging via legacy Analog Speakers, IP Speakers, and Zone Paging. Connect to each using an IP Paging Adapter and broadcast from either the Teams Desktop client, Teams compatible desk phone, or Teams Smartphone app. Requires 1 (one) CyberGate subscription per IP Paging Adapter.

Live public announcements

Call the IP Speaker from your Teams Desktop client, Teams compatible desk phone, or Teams Smartphone app for live Public Announcements.

Play pre-recorded announcement

If your IP Paging System supports local storage of custom audio files (Wav, mp3), address the Paging System and play pre-recorded announcements.

Zone Paging

Address your IP Paging Adapter from Teams and broadcast announcements over a pre-selected group of Speakers (Zone).

No Session Border Controller

CyberGate works for Teams users with an M365 Business, M365 Enterprise, or O365 license. A Session Border Controller (SBC) is not required (nor used).
